Objective
Pitch International was appointed by Cricket West Indies to act as their commercial agent and advisors to increase and maximise commercial revenue and provide sales strategy and consultancy services across all sponsorship agreements.
Approach
Conducted a full audit of their current sponsorship contracts and, with application of our market knowledge and experience, proposed a new commercial strategy and sponsorship programme. Ongoing succession planning for their incumbent National Team Sponsor, Digicel, was also a major consideration.
Results
Board approval of the proposed commercial strategy which led to a new national team sponsor in Sandals, a two and a half year deal and 50% uplift in annual revenue on their previous sponsor. Improved internal commercial operations and an increase in fan engagement and digital growth.
