In 2018, Pitch was appointed by The FA as the exclusive international media rights advisor and sales agent for the Women’s Super League. Pitch recognised that there was an opportunity to work with the federation to take this fast-evolving football product, to an increasingly receptive global broadcast market.

Pitch identified the best strategic partners to meet The FA’s key objectives. As part of this process, Pitch balanced the demands of its broadcasters with The FA's ambitions for its own OTT platform and worked with both sides to create an enhanced product.

Since our partnership we have worked hard to grow the global fanbase for the League, in the process generating record-breaking revenues and distribution for the league, which is now broadcast in 188 territories and reaches 140 million homes.
